Call for Papers: A Jurisprudence of Complexity? Rethinking the Relationship between Law and Society (Lancaster, wrzesień 2015)

Wydział Prawa Uniwersytetu w Lancaster ogłosił call for papers dotyczący konferencji zatytułowanej "A Jurisprudence of Complexity? Rethinking the Relationship between Law and Society", która odbędzie się w dniach 24-25 września 2015 r. 

Organizatorzy w opublikowanym call’u wskazali na szereg interesujących ich tematów: 

(1) How does complexity theory understand “Law”?
(2) How do complexity theorists understand the functioning of Law and how does this influence the idea of Law as a regulatory tool?
(3) What is the ‘value-added’ of an approach from complexity to the study of how law operates (in particular when contrasted with other postmodern and systems approaches).
(4) What does complexity tell us about the academic function of critique and the functioning of sub-discipline discourses (public law, environmental law, international law, etc.)?

Propozycje referatów (maksymalnie 300 słów) można przesyłać do 15 czerwca 2015 na adres Dr Toma Webb’a (t.webb(at)lancaster.ac.uk).
