Wydział Prawa Uniwersytetu w Helsinkach zaprasza do przesyłania propozycji referatów na swoją cykliczną konferencję zatytułowaną w tym roku "Development of Russian Law-IX: Russian Law and Globalization". Konferencja odbędzie się w dniach od 6 do 7 października 2016 r. w Helsinkach. Organizatorzy są szczególnie zainteresowani następującymi tematami:
- relationship between domestic and international law in Russia: challenges and perspectives;
- international legal institutions (ICC, ECtHR, BRICS, Commercial arbitration and others) and Russian legal changes and adjustments;
- globalising business law and Russia;
- legal theory and challenges of global law or globalisation of law;
- regional models of legal cooperation and Russia;
- transnational legal problems: constitutionalism, rule-of-law
- global transplants and Russian law;
- global agenda for human rights, Russia included.
