Call for papers: Understanding the European Court of Justice: Multidisciplinary Perspectives (Sztokholm, grudzień 2016)

The Swedish Network for European Legal Studies zaprasza na konferencję naukową zatytułowaną "Understanding the European Court of Justice: Multidisciplinary Perspectives", która odbędzie się w dniach od 8 do 9 grudnia 2016 r. w Sztokholmie. 

Organizatorzy przewidzili sześć bloków tematycznych:

• Understanding the Court: Theories, Methods, and Perspectives;
• The Court and the Member States’ Governments
• The Court and the Other EU Institutions
• The Court and National Judiciaries
• The CJEU as/and International Courts
• Looking Backwards and Forwards – The Evolving Role of the CJEU
