Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies działający przy University of Leiden zaprasza do przesyłania propozycji referatów na konferencję zatytułowaną "Jus Post Bellum and the Justice of Peace", która odbędzie się 29-30 września 2016 r. w Hadze. Organizatorzy są szczególnie zainteresowani następującymi tematami:
- Ending of conflict and conflict termination (cease-fire, peace agreements, constitutional reform)
- Security (use of force in peace operations, detention, law enforcement)
- Protection of public goods (cultural property)
- Movement of persons (property rights, immigration, refugees)
- Accountability (sequencing of peace and justice, hybrid/ international/ domestic tribunals)
- Rule of law reform (vetting practices, institution building, sequencing)
- Sovereign debt and economic injustice (land reform, socio-economic rights)
- Reparation and prevention (collective reparations, reconciliation)
