T.M.C. Asser Instituut zaprasza do nadsyłania zgłoszeń na międzynarodową konferencję pt. ‘Human Dignity and Human Security in Times of Terrorism: International (Human Rights) Law Challenges and Opportunities’, zaplanowaną na 12 grudnia 2017 r. w Hadze.
Celem konferencji jest analiza kwestii godności i bezpieczeństwa człowieka, które prowadzą lub są odpowiedzią na problem terroryzmu.
Proponowane przez Organizatorów zagadnienia to:
- UN Security Council Resolution 2178 and its implementation
- the new EU Directive on Combating Terrorism
- national emergency regimes: the new normal?
- administrative measures in the context of countering terrorism
- terrorism, mental health and the law of patient confidentiality
- the right to non-discrimination and its effect on radicalisation
- terrorism kill teams versus the protection of nationals abroad
- incitement to terrorism, a comparative analysis
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 1000 słów z danymi kontaktowymi oraz CV) należy przesyłać do 23 września 2017 r. na adres c.paulussen@asser.nl.
Organizatorzy planują również publikację pokonferencyjną (termin nadsyłania pełnych wersji artykułów to 1 marca 2018 r.), która ukaże się w marcu 2019.
