Call for papers/posters: 12th ESIL Annual Conference: How International Law Works in Times of Crisis (Ryga, wrzesień 2016)

European Society of International Law zaprasza do składania propozycji referatów oraz plakatów na swoją doroczną konferencję, która odbędzie się w dniach od 8 do 10 września 2016 r. w Rydze. Temat konferencji to "How International Law Works in Times of Crisis". Niezależnie od powyższego poszczególne grupy działające w ramach ESIL będą sukcesywnie ogłaszały indywidualne call-e (spotkania te będą miały miejsce 7 września 2016 r.).

Obrady na konferencji będą odbywały się w ramach następujących agor:

• Agora 1: New Forms of Warfare and Armed Conflict
• Agora 2: European Human Rights Architecture: Progress and Setbacks
• Agora 3: Minority Rights: Human Rights and Security Considerations
• Agora 4: Is Current International Law on State Immunity in Crisis?
• Agora 5: International Law and the Baltic States
• Agora 6: Are Cyber Security and Privacy Reconcilable?
• Agora 7: Implementing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development: What Role for International Law?
• Agora 8: International Response to Challenges of Climate Change: The Law of Politics and the Politics of Law
• Agora 9: Law of the Sea: As Ever, between Selden and Grotius
• Agora 10: The Challenge of Illiberal Actors and Movements to the Liberal International Legal Order
