Izba Reprezentantów Republiki Cypru i Wydział Prawa Uniwersytetu w Nikozji organizują w dniach 23-24 listopada br. konferencję pt. "The Institution of the House of Representatives (1960-2020)".

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt wystąpienia do 400 słów oraz krótka biografia kandydata wraz z podstawowymi informacjami) należy przesyłać do 10 września br. na adres emilianides.a@unic.ac.cy.

Przewidywana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.

Redakcja Cyprus Review czeka na zgłoszenia na numeru specjalnego pt. "COVID-19 in Doctrinal Context: Analysing, Theorising, and Surpassing the Pandemic Crisis".

Call for papers: International Conference on Colonial Cyprus (Nikozja, luty 2020 r.)

W dniach 7-8 lutego 2020 r. w Nikozji odbędzie się konferencja poświęcona okresowi kolonialnemu w historii Cypru.

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów) należy przesyłać do 15 listopada br. na adres ofakoglou.d(at)unic.ac.cy. Przewidziana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.

Call for applications: International Summer School "Current Legal Issues in Post-Conflict and Transitional Societies" (Kalkanli, wrzesień 2019 r.)

Uniwersytet w Sarajewie wraz z Middle East Technical University organizują w dniach 4-11 września br. szkołę letnią, której tegorocznym tematem ma być "State building and division of powers in post-conflict societies". Szkoła odbędzie się w miejscowości Kalkanli na Cyprze (w nieuznawanej przez większość państw Tureckiej Republice Cypru Północnego).

Opłata za udział w szkole wynosi 200 euro (przy zakwaterowaniu w jednoosobowym pokoju) lub 120 euro (przy zakwaterowaniu w pokoju dwuosobowym). Do udziału w kursie zaproszeni są zarówno studenci, jak i wykładowcy, pracownicy organizacji pozarządowych itd.

Zgłoszenia można przesyłać do 30 sierpnia za pośrednictwem formularza.
