Call for applications: All-European International Humanitarian and Refugee Law Moot Court Competition (Lubljana, listopad 2020 r.)

Wydział Prawa Uniwersytetu w Lubljanie organizuje w dniach 25-29 listopada br. "All-European International Humanitarian and Refugee Law Moot Court Competition". Udział w konkursie mogą wziąć wszystkie europejskie uniwersytety (jedna drużyna na uniwersytet). Każda drużyna może być złożona z 2 do 3 studentów (na poziomie studiów licencjackich lub magisterskich) oraz trenera. 

Główne tematy tegorocznego konkursu to:

• protection of civilians
• autonomous weapon systems
• urban warfare
• naval warfare
• classification of conflict
• contemporary challenges related to the conduct of hostilities
• methods of war
• human rights issues including the principle of non-refoulement 
• international criminal law
