Call for papers: The Protection of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in the ‘Age of Exits’: Challenges and Perspectives (Haga, listopad 2019 r.)

Journal Constitutional Review, we współpracy z indonezyjskim Sądem Konstytutcyjnym i Hague University of Applied Sciences organizują konferencję pt. "The Protection of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in the ‘Age of Exits’: Challenges and Perspectives", która odbędzie się w dniach 21-22 listopada br. w Hadze.Wystąpienia konferencyjne mogą dotyczyć następujących tematów:

• Critical approaches to ESC rights
• ESC rights: Aspirational Goals or Actual Human rights?
• Individuals as right-holders and duty-bearers of ESC rights
• The role of domestic constitutional courts in the protection of ESC rights
• Margin of Appreciation and the Principle of Proportionality in ESC rights jurisprudence; challenges and ways forward
• The role of international and regional monitoring organs in the protection of ECS rights
• Standards of protection in international, regional and domestic systems
• Housing as a human right: challenges and successes
• Ensuring access to water for all
• Challenges in safeguarding social and economic rights in welfare systems undergoing privatization

"The 9th CILS International Conference on Culture & International Law", 2-3 października 2018, Malang (Indonezja)

W dniach 2-3 października 2018 r. Centrum Prawa Międzynarodowego (CILS) Wydział Prawa Uniwersitas Indonesia oraz Wydział Prawa Uniwersytetu Brawijaya w Malang (Wschodnia Jawa, Indonezja) organizują 9. Międzynarodową Konferencję Prawa Międzynarodowego poświęconą tematyce kultury i prawa międzynarodowego. Organizatorzy zapraszają do składania propozycji referatów oraz streszczeń wystąpień dotyczących m.in. kwestii ochrony dziedzictwa kulturowego, praw kulturowych, kultury i międzynarodowego prawa gospodarczego oraz kultury i konfliktów zbrojnych. Termin na przesyłanie propozycji referatów upływa 15 czerwca 2018 r., gotowe artykuły powinny być przesłane do 3 września 2018 r. Organizatorzy planują publikacje materiałów konferencyjnych, które będą indeksowane w bazie SCOPUS, w: “Indonesian Journal of International Law”.
