Call for papers: Theories and Methodologies in the Contemporary Study of International Lawmaking (Sztokholm, wrzesień 2021 r.)

W dniu 8 września br. odbędzie się okrągł stół organizowany przez Interest Group on International Legal Theory and Philosophy pt. "Theories and Methodologies in the Contemporary Study of International Lawmaking", jako część dorocznej konferencji ESIL.

Tematy wystąpień, którymi szczególnie zainteresowani są Organizatorzy to:

• What is the particular theory and/or methodology you used?

• How this theory and/or methodology was utilized?

• What particular utility it had for the study of international lawmaking?

• In what circumstances would you recommend this theory and/or methodology for the study of other aspects of international lawmaking?

• What is this theory and/or methodology unable to achieve?

• Why is this theory and/or methodology better than others?

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów wraz z biogramem autora do 100 słów) należy przesyłać do 25 kwietnia br.

Podczas ESIL 2021 Annual Conference w dniu 8 września odbędą się warsztaty organizowane przez International Economic Law Interest Group pt. "International Economic Law ‘In The Making’: New Actors and Policies".

Wystąpienia mają poruszać następujące tematy:

1) An Open, Sustainable and Assertive Trade Policy: the 2021 EU Trade Policy Review

2) New Actors in the Regulation of Foreign Investment

3) Governance of the Digital Economy and International Economic Law

4) Methodological Pluralism and the Future of International Economic Law (IEL)
