SIEL’s Postgraduate and Early Professionals/Academics Network (PEPA/SIEL) we współpracy z Tilburg University zaprasza do udziału w "6th Conference of the Postgraduate and Early Professionals/Academics Network of the Society of International Economic Law 2017', która odbędzie się w dniach od 20 do 21 kwietnia 2017 r. w Tilburgu.

Organizatorzy są szczególnie zainteresowani następującymi obszarami badawczymi:

• Law and practice in international economic governance and international organizations;
• International trade, investment, competition, monetary and financial law;
• The interaction of IEL branches with other branches of law governing intellectual property, human rights, environment, sustainable development, food safety;
• Bilateral and regional economic integration and the multilateral trading system;
• Comparative economic law, focusing on how IEL interacts with laws, institutions and actors at the domestic level;
• International economics, philosophy, sociology, politics.

Propozycje referatów (maksymalnie 400 słów) można przesyłać do 30 listopada 2016 r. Zaproszenie jest skierowane do młodych badaczy (doktorantów oraz naukowców do 5 lat po ukończeniu doktoratu). Więcej szczegółów można znaleźć tu.

Society of International Economic Law ogłosiło call for papers dotyczący swojej corocznej konferencji dla młodych naukowców "5th Conference of the Postgraduate and Early Professionals/Academics Network". Konferencja odbędzie się w dniach 14-15 kwietnia 2016 r. w Luksemburgu. 

Organizatorzy są szczególnie zainteresowani następującymi obszarami:

• Law and practice in international economic governance and international organizations;

Call for papers: 5th Biennial Global Conference SIEL 2016: International Economic Law in a Diverse World (Johannesburg, lipiec 2016)

Society of International Economic Law zaprasza do składania propozycji referatów, paneli oraz plakatów na 5th Biennial Global Conference SIEL 2016, która odbędzie się w Johannesburgu, w dniach od 7 do 9 lipca 2016 r. Temat konferencji został sformułowany bardzo szeroko (“International Economic Law in a Diverse World”), organizatorzy wskazali jednak problematykę, którą są szczególnie zainteresowani:

Konkurs na esej w dziedzinie międzynarodowego prawa gospodarczego (2015 SIEL/CUP Essay Prize)

Society of International Economic Law (SIEL) wraz z Cambridge University Press (CUP) ogłosiły swój coroczny konkurs na najlepszy esej z zakresu międzynarodowego prawa gospodarczego (2015 SIEL/CUP Essay Prize). Konkurs jest otwarty dla aktualnych studentów oraz osób które obroniły się nie wcześniej niż 30 czerwca 2010 r.

Call for Papers: 4th Conference of the SIEL Postgraduate and Early Professionals/Academics Network (Mediolan, kwiecień 2015)

Society of International Economic Law wraz z Wydziałem Prawa Uniwersytetu w Milanie zapraszają do przesyłania propozycji referatów na "4th Conference of the SIEL Postgraduate and Early Professionals/Academics Network", która odbędzie się w dniach 16-17 kwietnia 2015 r. w Mediolanie. 

Call jest skierowany do studentów, doktorantów oraz osób po doktoracie (zasadniczo do 5 lat po obronie). Celem konferencji jest umożliwienie uczestnikom przedstawienie prowadzonych przez siebie badań, każdy referat jest następnie komentowany przez bardziej doświadczonych naukowców lub praktyków. 

Propozycje referatów można przesyłać do 2 listopada 2014 r. na adres: pepa2015conference(at)gmail.com. Niestety organizatorzy nie przewidzieli żadnych stypendiów konferencyjnych (poza możliwością zwolnienia z opłaty konferencyjnej, która wynosi albo 35 albo 45 funtów brytyjskich).

2013 SIEL/CUP Prize for an Essay in International Economic Law

A prize has been established by the Society of International Economic Law and Cambridge University Press for the best essay submitted on any topic in any field of international economic law.

The competition is open to all current undergraduate and graduate students of any university or other tertiary education institution, and those who have graduated from a university or other tertiary education institution no earlier than five years before the submission deadline (ie those who graduated prior to 30 September 2008 are not eligible for the 2013 Prize).

The prize consists of £200, as well as £300 of Cambridge University Press book vouchers and a three year subscription to the World Trade Review. The winning essay will be submitted to the World Trade Review for publication, and the prize winner will be invited to present the winning entry at the 2014 SIEL Conference at the World Trade Institute, Bern.

The deadline for submission is 30 September 2013
