World Trade Institute w Bernie oraz ISM University of Management and Economics w Wilnie zapraszają do przesyłanie propozycji referatów oraz plakatów na międzynarodową konferencję naukową zatytułowaną "Energy ReForum 2016: Transitions in Energy Markets", która odbędzie się w dniach od 2 do 3 czerwca 2016 r. w Wilnie. Organizatorzy są szczególnie zainteresowani następującymi pytaniami badawczymi:
- To what extent is state intervention necessary to contribute to the further development of energy markets? What further regulatory changes are required at the EU and WTO in order to boost competition in energy markets? -
- Is the transition towards climate neutral energy markets sufficiently encouraged under existing frameworks?
- What is the role of the private sector in the context of national / EU energy policy objectives?
- Are infrastructure development projects sufficiently supported to achieve a variety of policy objectives (including security of supply, market integration and climate change mitigation)?
