Human Rights Working Paper Series zaprasza do nadsyłania artykułów do numerów za 2018 i 2019 r. Zgłoszenia przyjmowane są na bieżąco, nie ma terminu składania tekstów.

Czasopismo publikuje artykuły napisane przez młodych badaczy i praktyków, poruszające problematykę praw człowieka w innowacyjny sposób.

Call for applications: Joint Summer School: iCourts (Copenhagen) and PluriCourts (Oslo) (Kopenhaga, czerwiec 2019 r.)

Centre of Excellence for International Courts (iCourts) i PluriCourts zapraszają na wspólną szkołę letnią dla doktorantów zajmujących się problematyką funkcjonowania sądów międzynarodowych w kontekście społecznym i politycznym.

Szkoła odbędzie się w dniach 17-21 czerwca 2019 r. w Kopenhadze. Przewidziano w niej udział 24 doktorantów. Koszt udziału w szkole to 275 euro. iCourts przyznają 3 stypendia na pokrycie kosztów podróży i zakwaterowania, na podstawie przedstawionych projektów badawczych.

Aplikacje należy przesyłać do 1 lutego 2019 r.

Call for applications: Environmental Humanities Training School 2018 (Neapol, grudzień 2018 r.)

Do 30 października br. można przesyłać zgłoszenia na Environmental Humanities Training School 2018 on "Loss, Damage and Mobility in the context of Climate Change", która odbędzie się w dniach 12-14 grudnia 2018 r. w Neapolu.
Możliwe jest dofinansowanie kosztów podróży.

Call for papers: "European private international law: Dialogue with legal practice" (Madryt, styczeń 2019 r.)

Spanish Association of International Law and International Relations Professors oraz Universidad Autónoma de Madrid zapraszają na czwarte seminarium poświęcone bieżącym problemom prawa  międzynarodowego prywatnego, które w tym roku odbędzie się pod hasłem "European private international law: Dialogue with legal practice" w dniu 24 stycznia 2019 r.

Proponowana tematyka wystąpień obejmuje:

• Papers based on the study of case law reflecting the application of private international law rules;
• Papers considering the operation of European solutions compared with their application in other legal systems; 
• Papers analyzing the impact of European private international law standards on autonomous domestic provisions or on their interpretation by legal practitioners; 
• Papers identifying specific regulatory overlap problems between European standards and autonomous domestic law in internal conflicts; 
• Papers suggesting improvements for problems already identified by the legal practice.

Tematyka konferencji ma dotyczyć wystąpienia Grecji z Rady Europy, po tym jak europejskie państwa i instytucje zaczęły wywierać nacisk na Grecję w związku z naruszeniami praw człowieka przez wojskową juntę rządzącą w Grecji w latach 1967-1974.
