Centre of European Law King College London zaprasza na warsztaty dla doktorantów i młodych badaczy pt. "Beyond TTIP: A New Season for EU FTAs?", które odbędą się w dniach 17-20 października 2018 r. w Londynie, a podczas których uczestnicy zaprezentują swoje aktualne badania. Będzie również możliwość opublikowania krótkiego tekstu w LAwTTIP working paper series.
Tematy interesujące Organizatorów to:
- Investment protection in the EU FTAs;
- Reforming dispute settlement in trade agreements;
- Broadening horizons: The trade and investment relationship between EU and its Asian partners;
- The difficult relationship between EU law and investment arbitration;
- Enforceability of labour and sustainable development clauses in the EU FTAs.
