Call for papers: The rule of law in international and domestic contexts: synergies and challenges (Göttingen, kwiecień 2019 r.)

W dniach 4-5 kwietnia 2019 r. na Uniwersytecie w Göttingen odbędzie się 2019 ESIL Research Forum. Temat przyszłorocznego Forum to "The rule of law in international and domestic contexts: synergies and challenges". Z tej okazji ESIL zaprasza do nadsyłania propozycji wystąpień w czasie Forum. Ich tematyka powinna mieścić się w ramach następujących zagadnień:

• Roots, boundaries and interactions: conceptualizing the rule of law at international and domestic levels 
• Commitments, achievements and blind spots? - The rule of law and the United Nations 
• The rule of law in international and regional courts and tribunals: impacts, shortcomings and a “mission educatrice”? 
• The rule of law and development (developing countries): multilateral and bilateral cooperation and persuasion 
• The European Union and the rule of law 
• The significance of the rule of law for global public goods, global commons and fundamental values 
• The rule of law in times of populism, nationalism and power politics

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 750 słów i jednostronicowe CV z podstawowymi informacjami o kandydacie, w tym z informacją czy jest członkiem ESIL) należy nadsyłać na adres 2019esil_rf_goettingen(at)gwdg.de do 30 września 2018 r.
