Szkoła Letnia "International Cultural Heritage Law"

Wydział Prawa Uniwersytetu Genewskiego (Centre universitaire du droit de l'art) zaprasza do udziału w zajęciach szkoły letniej "International Cultural Heritage Law" (22 czerwca -2lipca 2015 r., Genewa). Program otwarty jest dla studentów oraz doktorantów na kierunkach: prawo, antropologia, archeologia oraz historia sztuki. Tematyka zajęć będzie dotyczyła następujących zagadnień:

• the trade in cultural objects; 
• the restitution of stolen or looted artworks; 
• the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict; 
• the protection of the built heritage from natural and human-induced disasters; 
• the safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage and of the diversity of cultural expressions; 
• the relationship between cultural heritage law and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO); 
• the settlement of cultural heritage disputes. 

Zgłoszenia do udziału w zajęciach będą przyjmowane od połowy lutego do 15 maja 2015 r.
