Call for papers: The Belt and Road Initiative and Global Governance (Leuven, sierpień 2018 r.)

Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies zaprasza na konferencję "The Belt and Road Initiative and Global Governance", która odbędzie się 31 sierpnia 2018 r. 

Tematy, którymi zainteresowani są organizatorzy to m.in.:

• Conceptual conundrums and theoretical questions about the BRI and Global Governance 
• Methodological issues in conducting research on the BRI and global governance 
• Economic and financial aspects of the BRI with regard to global governance 
• Political and strategic implications of the BRI with regard to global governance 
• Security issues 
• Human rights 
• Intellectual property and technology transfer 
• Labor rights 
• Sustainable development, climate change and environmental protection 
• Developmental policies 
• Other countries’ policy towards the BRI (in particular the US, EU/ EU Member States, Russia, African, Asian and Latin-American countries) 
• The BRI and China’s new multilateralism: implications for the current global governance system 
• Specific challenges and opportunities the BRI poses for EU-Asia cooperation

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów ze wszystkimi danymi autora wraz z CV zawierającym listę najważniejszych publikacji) należy przesyłać do 1 kwietnia na adres ggs@kuleuven.be.
