Call for contributions: Contemporary expressions of the foreign relations of subnational governments in Africa

Czasopismo "Regional & Federal Studies" zaprasza do nadsyłania propozycji artykułów do swojego specjalnego numeru, który ukaże się pod hasłem "Contemporary expressions of the foreign relations of subnational governments in Africa".

• Single or comparative country case studies focusing on the experience in federal or decentralised political systems in Africa such as Nigeria, Ethiopia, South Africa or Kenya. 
• Critical analyses and reflections on the constitutional and legal orders within which subnational governments in Africa conduct their foreign relations. 
• The foreign policy implications of the international relations of subnational governments, including the nature of intergovernmental relations on foreign affairs. 
• Cross-border cooperation involving subnational governments in both contiguous and non-contiguous African territories e. Foreign relations of subnational governments in Francophone and Lusophone Africa. 
• The implications of the internationalisation of African cities for the nature of socioeconomic development and social cohesion in these urban areas.
