Call for papers: The Contribution of the Legal Services of the European Institutions to European Union Law (Frankfurt nad Menem, czerwiec 2019 r.)

Max Planck Institute for European Legal History z siedzibą we Frankfurcie nad Menem zaprasza na konferencję pt. "The Contribution of the Legal Services of the European Institutions to European Union Law", która odbędzie się w dniach 18-19 czerwca 2019 r. Tematy, którymi zainteresowani są Organizatorzy to m.in.:

• The history of the Legal Services as part of the European Institutions 
• Scholarly and policy contributions by key administrators serving in Legal Services 
• The history of legal doctrines elaborated in these services in the process of European integration and interaction with those interpretations developed by academia and practitioners such as the members of the International Federation of European Law (FIDE) 
• The role of the Legal Services in the institutional and informal practices aiming to influence constitutional practices 
• Inter-institutional controversies between the Legal Services 
• The contribution of the Legal Services regarding treaty negotiations
