W dniach 22-23 sierpnia br. na wydziale prawa Uniwersytetu w Lund odbędą się warsztaty dla badaczy (w tym doktorantów) zajmujących się prawem Unii Europejskiej.
Osoby zainteresowane wystąpieniem w czasie warsztatów mogą przesyłać zgłoszenia (krótki opis wystąpienia wraz z tytułem) do 25 czerwca br. na adres marie.kagrell(at)juridicum.su.se.
Organizatorzy w następujący sposób określili, jakiej tematyki powinny dotyczyć referaty:
The overall theme of the workshop is the impact of EU law, broadly construed. We are particularly interested this year by the impact of EU law and the respect of the rule of law in the Member States and the protection of independence and impartiality of the judiciary in Europe. Participants are also encouraged to present on issues of the interface between EU law and other legal systems, such as, but not limited to, the WTO or the ECHR. We also welcome papers on the impact of EU law on different areas of national legislation, such as, but again not limited to, labour law, environmental law, administrative law, IT law etc. Indeed, we would like to highlight that research on EU law can be conducted on a variety of issues, and through a variety of methods, and by researchers with a primary focus on other areas of law.
