Call for papers: International Law in Times of Trade Wars and Global Environmental Problems: Protection or Protectionism? (Moskwa, maj/czerwiec 2019 r.)

ESIL Interest Group on International Environmental Law, Global Law Initiatives for Sustainable Development, National Research University Higher School of Economics i American Society of International Law IG on Intellectual Property Law organizują konferencję pt. "International Law in Times of Trade Wars and Global Environmental Problems: Protection or Protectionism?", która odbędzie się w dniach 31 maja - 1 czerwca 2019 r. w Moskwie.

W czasie konferencji mają zostać poruszone następujące tematy:

• Environmental protection as a legitimate objective for trade-restrictive measures; 
• Food safety and food security in the context of trade-restrictive measures; 
• Energy security under conditions of trade wars; 
• Fight against climate change and trade-restrictive measures; 
• Trade in natural resources in the light of SDGs and trade-restrictive measures; 
• Trade in intellectual property rights in the light of SDGs and trade-restrictive measures. 

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 700 słów, CV z listą publikacji i dane kontaktowe autora) należy przesyłać do 10 stycznia 2019 r. na adresy: dboklan@hse.ru; paolo.farah@glawcal.org.uk i esiligintenvlaw@glawcal.org.uk.

Planowana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.
