- Neo-protectionism in trade and investment: “trade wars”, limitation of exports of strategic goods and services, limitation of direct foreign investment and others.
- Neo-Keynesian economic measures for economic recovery: public investment plans, subsidies and loans).
- Sovereign wealth funds.
- Crisis of international organizations: WTO, IMF, WHO, among others.
