Call for papers: The Influence, Legacy and Future of the European Court of Human Rights in the International Legal Order (online, czerwiec 2021 r.)

W dniu 8 czerwca br. odbędzie się webinarium pt. "The Influence, Legacy and Future of the European Court of Human Rights in the International Legal Order".

Organizatorzy zainteresowani są w szczególności następującymi tematami wystąpień:

• the influence of the ECtHR on the jurisprudence of other international courts and tribunals (including by creating potential conflicts between the Convention and other branches of international law);
• the place of the ECtHR in relation to other international and regional courts/tribunals, including the Court of Justice of the European Union;
• the influence of the ECtHR on domestic courts outside the Council of Europe;
• the future of the ECtHR in the international legal order.

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów wraz z CV) należy przesyłać do 21 lutego br.

Przewidywana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.
