Chinese Initiative on International Law organizuje 11 lipca br. w Hadze konferencję dla młodych naukowców i prawników pt. "Methodological Challenges in International Legal Research".
W czasie konferencji mają zostać poruszone następujące problemy:
- What is your research question and methodological approach? Has that approach remained constant or evolved over time?
- Are there any major pieces of work which are relevant to your methodological approach?
- How useful have they been?
- How has the process of research proceeded? What has been your biggest success and problem?
- Has your research raised questions about the nature of legal methodology for you?
- How have issues of methodology impacted upon your research question?
