IG Interest Group on International Environmental Law zaprasza do nadsyłania zgłoszeń na wydarzenie organizowane przy okazji dorocznej konferencji ESIL, które odbędzie się w dniu 12 września 2019 r. pod hasłem "The Reality and Rhetoric of Sovereignty in Relation to Natural Resources, Environment, Trade and Development". Tematy, które mają zostać poruszone to (m. in.):
- Environmental movements
- Customary international law and the environment
- Environment as sovereign
- The Commons and Sovereignty
- Environmental duties and state sovereigny
- Regional integration agreements that lead to voluntary limitation of sovereignty and it’s environmental benefits
- UNEP and soft law guidelines and codes of conduct on resources shared by two or more states
- Internal sovereignty and environmental standards
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt 500-700 słów, podstawowe dane autora, CV, informacja czy autor jest członkiem ESIL) należy przesyłać do 14 maja br. na adres esiligintenvlaw(at)glawcal.org.uk.
