W dniach 9-10 czerwca 2020 r. we Frankfurcie nad Menem odbędzie się czwarta doroczna konferencja z cyklu "‘Legal History of the European Union" organizowana przez Max Planck Institute for European Legal History, w tym roku pod hasłem "Law and Policy in European Integration (1960s-1990s)".
Organizatorzy są w szczególności zainteresowani następującymi tematami wystąpień:
- Policy making, legal bases and law making
- Policy implementation and the role of law therein
- Policy relevant jurisdiction – ECJ and national courts
- Legal doctrines and policy principles
- Legal expertise and policy expertise
- Transfer of legal and policy knowledge
- Policy advocacy and opposition in legislation and in the courts
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 150 słów i CV do 100 słów) należy przesyłać na adres jmeyer@rg.mpg.de do 1 grudnia br.
