Call for papers: The EU & its Member States’ Joint Participation in International Agreements (Genewa, kwiecień 2020 r.)

W dniach 15-17 kwietnia 2020 r. w Genewie odbędą się warsztaty pt. "The EU & its Member States Joint Participation in International Agreements". Organizatorzy planują następujące panele w czasie warsztatów:

• The EU and its Member States’ joint participation in international agreements: EU Law perspective;
• The EU and its Member States’ joint participation in international agreements: international law perspective;
• The UK’s (un)certain participation in EU mixed agreements after Brexit: case-studies of various agreements;
• An attempt to classify the international agreements which include the EU and its Member States as contracting parties.

Zaproszenie skierowane jest do doktorantów i osób ze stopniem doktora, nie tylko zajmujących się prawem międzynarodowym. Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów i jednostronicowe CV) należy przesyłać do 13 stycznia 2020 r. na adres gtglab(at)unige.ch. Organizatorzy pokrywają koszty zakwaterowanie; opcjonalnie mogą pokryć również koszty podróży. Planowana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.
