W dniach 24-25 listopada br. w Oslo odbędą się warsztaty pt. "When International Courts and Tribunals Defer to States".

Organizatorzy są zainteresowani w szczególności następującymi tematami:

• When and why do different ICs defer in various ways to domestic authorities?
• What are the effects of deference on the effectiveness and legitimacy of ICs?
• Why and when should different ICs defer in various ways to domestic authorities?

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 300 słów) należy przesyłać do 15 czerwca br.
