Call for abstracts: 7th Student Conference in Theory and Philosophy of Law "International Tribunals and the Rule of Law" (Belgrad, grudzień 2020 r.)

W dniu 4 grudnia br. w Belgradzie odbędzie się siódma edycja Student Conference in Theory and Philosophy of Law pt. "International Tribunals and the Rule of Law". 

Do udziału w konferencji zaproszeni są studenci studiów magisterskich i doktoranckich.

Przykładowe tematy, których mogą dotyczyć wystąpienia, to:

• concept of the international rule of law; 
• the impact of fragmentation of international law on international rule of law; 
• relationship of the ICJ and other international tribunals; 
• international tribunals and domestic courts; 
• ECtHR/ICJ as constraint against the abuse of the rule of law principle; 
• how and when jurisprudence of international tribunals relies upon/ignores international instruments; 
• sui generis adjudication of ad hoc tribunals in implementing the rule of law principle; 
• rule of law and dependence of ad hoc tribunals; 
• protection of due-process rights; 
• the stance of international tribunals.

Zgłoszenia (abstrakt 600-900 słów) należy przesyłać do 1 września br. na adres eudaimonia@ius.bg.ac.rs.

Przewidywana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.
