Call for papers: Journal of African Law

Redakcja Journal of African Law zaprasza do nadsyłania zgłoszeń do numeru specjalnego czasopisma, poświęconego tematyce pandemii koronawirusa.

Teksty mogą poruszać zwłaszcza następujące tematy:

• Covid-19 and the right to health/health laws 
• Covid-19, emergency laws and law enforcement 
• Covid-19 and human rights law (particularly freedom and the security of the person, freedom of expression, assembly, movement and residence, trade, occupation and profession, the right to education, right to privacy and access to information) 
• Covid-19 and governance/public institutions, particularly the role of courts, oversight institutions and parliaments 
• Covid-19 and its impact on marginalised/vulnerable persons, such as persons living in poverty 
• Covid-19 and its gendered dimension, with a particular focus on women's rights 
• Covid-19, law and the economy 
• Covid-19 and public procurement 
• Covid-19 and legal education 
• Covid-19 and border controls/immigration 
• Covid-19 and the African Union/Regional Economic Communities.
