W dniach 25-26 listopada br. odbędzie się konferencja pt. "Interpretation of Customary International Law: Methods, Interpretative Choices and the Role of Coherence". Będzie miała ona formę hybrydową lub online, w zależności od rozwoju pandemii.
Konferencja ma koncentrować się wokół trzech głównych tematów:
i) methods of interpretation of customary international law;
ii) variation of interpretative choices across international courts and tribunals;
iii) coherence as an approach or goal in the context of interpretation of customary international law.
Zgłoszenia (abstrakt do 500 słów wraz z CV) należy przesyłać do 18 kwietnia br.
Przewidywana jest publikacja pokonferencyjna.
